What is your exchange policy?
All your watch purchases come with a 15 days exchange or return policy. Within 15 days of receiving your watch purchase, you have the option to return the product to us and receive a full credit toward the purchase of any other products of equal or greater value; with the original purchase returned to us prepaid and insured, in its original new and undamaged condition, along with all original packaging material, instruction manual, AC adaptor and other accessories that come with the purchase.


What is your return policy?
All watches we sell come with a 15 days money back guarantee. Shall there be any defect in the watch you have received, or you are not satisfy with the watch, you can return the product to us within 15 days for a refund minus the cost of shipping. With the original purchase returned to us prepaid in its original new and undamaged condition, along with all original packaging material, instruction manual, AC adaptor and other accessories that come with the purchase. Unopened packages may be returned within 15 days subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Item must be in original condition and not used or modified in any way. We are not responsible for shipping damage on items being returned. If item is deemed unreturnable, item will be shipped back at buyers expense.

There is no custom or duty payable for our USA customers.
International Orders....
All international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. International tax and duty charges are not controlled by us. Please consult your local customs office for guidelines on what products may be charged additional tax and/or duties.

How long it takes to have the watch s shipped to my address?
Depends on the delivery location, within the USA or Canada continent, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the shipment to arrive. For international delivery, it takes about 15 days for delivery. If you wish to have your order to be delivered via express, please choose the "Express" shipping option once you check out.
All orders are subject to in-stock verification.
Purchases are with a $5.00 minimum order and require two business days for processing.
Care and Service of Fine Watches
If your watch is only marked "water-resistant", that means that your watch will tolerate only a minimum exposure to water, such as an accidental splash or a rainstorm at most. A watch’s level of water-resistance is most often noted by a depth rating, usually in meters. Your watch may be rated 50M, 100M, 200M, and even up to 300M. These ratings are not to be taken literally. A watch rated to 50M is not suited to diving 50 meters under water. A watch with a 50M rating will only tolerate activities such as washing dishes. A 100M watch can be taken into the shower, or surface swimming. A 200M watch is suitable for recreational diving, and a 300M watch is specially sealed to tolerate the pressure of a deep dive. If you are unsure of your watch’s level of water-resistance, please ask your authorized dealer or service center.
The Manufacturer’s Warranty Does Not Cover:
* Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet.
* Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Returns and Refunds
We must receive the returned items within 25 days of the original shipment date. The returned wristwatch must be in new or unused condition. 'New or unused condition' means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the watch, and that it has not been worn, sized or altered in any way. The 'watch' includes the bracelet/strap and/or folding buckle, and/or deployment buckle and clasp. The watch must be returned with all original packaging, materials, protective tape, manuals and accessories having never been removed and having been kept perfectly intact. Please note that if the watch is sent back to us and received with signs of wear (as stated above), no credit will be issued and the watch will be returned to you at your expense.
